Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 2026-10-01
WearTryOn is for previewing ordinary clothes on consenting adults. This policy applies to your uploads, generated results and use of WearTryOn (weartryon.com). You must be at least 18 years old and follow these rules even if an automated check allows an image.
Allowed virtual try-on
Use a clear photo of one adult who is fully clothed. WearTryOn only supports replacing existing clothing with other ordinary clothing. Keep the subject clothed throughout the request and result.
- Upload your own photo or a photo of an adult who has agreed to the processing and intended use.
- Use ordinary clothing, such as tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, shoes and supported accessories.
- Use photographs and clothing images you own or are authorized to upload, process and use for the intended purpose.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload, request, generate, save or share prohibited content through WearTryOn. In particular, you must not:
- Remove clothing, expose intimate body areas, or create nudity, sexual content or sexually suggestive imagery.
- Use swimwear, underwear or lingerie as the requested clothing, or use the service for intimate-image alteration.
- Upload or generate images of anyone under 18, including an adult presented as a minor.
- Use a photo without the depicted person’s consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery or abusive impersonation.
- Submit group photos or photos where the person is not fully clothed; the supported input is one fully clothed adult.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness or other rights, or use images acquired unlawfully.
- Create deceptive endorsements, misleading product representations, fraudulent listings, or content intended to harass, threaten or humiliate someone.
- Bypass safety checks, conceal prohibited content, repeatedly resubmit refused content to evade detection, or misuse accounts or automated requests to defeat limits.
Image rights and consent
You are responsible for the rights and permissions required for every source image, including photographs of people, clothing photos and retailer product images. A public listing or store screenshot does not by itself give permission to upload, alter or commercially use that image.
The person depicted must consent to the processing and intended use. Pro’s commercial-use permission remains subject to rights in the source content and the person’s likeness; it does not grant a license to another party’s copyrighted material or endorsement.
Automated safety checks
We use automated checks on personal uploads and generated results to enforce these restrictions. Checks can make mistakes, including refusing an allowed image or failing to identify prohibited content. Approval by a check does not authorize a use forbidden by this policy.
Do not try to evade a refusal. If you believe an allowed photo was refused, contact support@weartryon.com for help. A failed or refused generation returns the credits reserved for that attempt; this credit adjustment is separate from a payment refund.
Enforcement and review
We may refuse a generation, restrict access, or suspend or close an account for misuse. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal of access, and we may cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate. Refund decisions remain subject to our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
To appeal a refusal or account restriction, email support@weartryon.com from your account address with the request or result ID, an explanation and any relevant evidence of consent or authorization. Please do not send prohibited imagery in an appeal.
Report misuse or a rights concern
If you believe a result misuses your image, infringes your rights or violates this policy, email support@weartryon.com. Include the available result or request ID, the location of the content, a description of the concern and a way to contact you. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
