Who can use WearTryOn

You must be at least 18 years old. Sign-in is required to generate results. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

What you may upload and create

WearTryOn is for trying clothes on consenting adults. You must have the right to upload and process every image you submit, including personal photographs, clothing photographs and store product images. Every identifiable person must have agreed to this use. Finding an image online or taking a screenshot does not by itself give you these rights. You must not use the service to:

• Remove clothing, create nude, sexual or sexually suggestive images, or try to get around our safety checks.
• Upload or create images of anyone under 18.
• Create images of real people without their consent, or to impersonate, harass, deceive or embarrass anyone.
• Upload content you don’t have the right to use, or break any law.
• Scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it.

Safety checks and enforcement

Every personal upload and generated result is checked automatically. Refused or failed generations return the credits reserved for that attempt. Automated checks do not replace your responsibility to follow these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service and report illegal content where appropriate. Any payment refund remains subject to our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable Use Policy

Your photos and results

You retain any rights you already hold in your source images. You give us permission to process those images and generated results as needed to provide the service, including generation, safety checks, private result storage and downloads, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Free and Plus permit personal use of generated results. Pro permits commercial use, including shop listings and ads, subject to your having all necessary rights in the source content and permission from the people depicted. A plan does not transfer another person’s copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights to you.

You are responsible for obtaining the required licenses or permissions for clothing photographs and retailer images. An unauthorized store screenshot or product photo is not automatically cleared for commercial use because it was processed by WearTryOn or because you subscribe to Pro.

Results are previews

Results are AI-generated previews of how clothing may look. They are not a guarantee of fit, size, color or quality of any real product. Check the seller’s size chart and details before you buy.

Credits, plans and payment

The Creem Buyer Terms apply only to purchases made through the Creem checkout and use of its customer portal. If these terms conflict with the Creem Buyer Terms concerning a Creem purchase, the Creem Buyer Terms prevail, subject to mandatory consumer rights. PayPal payments are subject to the PayPal terms applicable to your account and location. Payment refunds follow our Refund Policy and the procedures of the provider you selected.

• Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are used for generations as shown on the pricing page.
• Monthly plans grant credits after each successful payment. Yearly plans are charged once per year and grant their allowance month by month during that paid year. Unused subscription credits roll over up to 4 months of the plan’s allowance. One-time credit packs do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not itself refund the current payment. The paid subscription continues until its period ends; credits already in your balance remain available. A refunded yearly payment stops further monthly grants for that payment.
• Creem is the merchant of record and seller for purchases made through its checkout. Creem processes payment, issues receipts and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. WearTryOn provides the try-on service and credit delivery. The final charge and renewal interval are shown before you pay.
• When you choose PayPal, PayPal processes your payment to WearTryOn; PayPal is not our merchant of record. WearTryOn provides the purchased service and handles service-related support and refund eligibility. The charge, billing currency and renewal interval are shown before approval. You can manage PayPal automatic payments in your PayPal account.
• We may change prices or plans. Changes to an active subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.

Creem Buyer Terms

Changes and availability

We work to keep WearTryOn available but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change, add or remove features. If we shut the service down, we will give notice and refund unused paid credits pro rata.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for this purpose excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). If you use WearTryOn as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

If something goes wrong, please email support@weartryon.com first; most problems can be solved quickly that way. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in advance.
