Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-10-01
A failed generation and a refunded payment are different: a failed or refused try-on returns reserved credits to your account, while a payment refund returns money through the payment provider you used, Creem or PayPal. The conditions for payment refunds are described below and do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Failed or refused generations
If a generation fails, or a photo or result is refused by our safety checks, the credits reserved for that attempt are returned to your account automatically. This is a credit adjustment, not an automatic refund of a subscription or pack payment. A completed generation uses credits even if you prefer a different look. If a failed attempt has not returned its credits, email support@weartryon.com so we can investigate.
Subscriptions
Use of credits beyond these thresholds may make a payment ineligible for the voluntary refund above. Technical service failures and rights provided by law are considered separately. If a yearly payment is refunded, we remove the credits attributable to that refund and stop subsequent monthly grants funded by the refunded payment.
- Monthly plans: a full refund of your latest payment if you ask within 7 days of it and have used no more than 10% of the credits it granted.
- Yearly plans: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment and have used no more than 10% of the first month’s credits. Outside these conditions, you can cancel future renewals and keep the paid plan until the end of the year, subject to the exceptions below and mandatory consumer rights.
- Cancelling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current period. Monthly credit grants funded by an unrefunded yearly payment continue during its paid year. Credits already in your account remain available.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack’s credits have been used. A pack whose credits have been used is not eligible under this voluntary unused-pack policy; technical failures and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to the provisions below.
If something went wrong
If the service didn’t work as described, for example you were charged twice or couldn’t use your credits because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will put it right, including a refund outside the windows above where that’s fair.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@weartryon.com from the address on your account with your WearTryOn order number, the Creem or PayPal transaction ID, payment date and a description of the issue. We review service issues and refund eligibility. For a Creem purchase, Creem, as merchant of record, processes approved payment refunds. For a PayPal purchase, an approved refund is processed through PayPal. Refunds return to the original payment method according to the relevant provider’s procedures; processing and bank times may vary.
Credits attributable to a payment refund are removed from your balance. Restrictions relating to used credits or misuse of the service do not override mandatory consumer rights. This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other remedy you have under applicable consumer law.
Creem purchases are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms. If a payment issue cannot be resolved with us, use the support or dispute options of the provider you paid through. Choosing PayPal does not make the Creem Buyer Terms apply to that payment.
